The Credit Notes tab allows you to create, view, and manage credit notes issued to customers. These are essentially negative invoices that make a record of refunds or cancellations regarding previously issued invoices.
New Credit Note
To create new credit note, click New Credit Note button.
By default, you will see the following columns:
|Date||Date of Sales Quote|
|Description||Sales Quote description|
|Amount||Credit Note amount|
Use Edit columns button to customize what columns should be visible under Credit Notes tab.
Clicking Edit columns button allows you to add additional columns to better suit your business requirements.
|Reference||Reference number of Credit Note|
|Sales Invoice||Sales Invoice associated with this Credit Note|
