Billable Expenses
Billable Expenses refers to expenses a business incurs on behalf of its clients, with the expectation of being reimbursed. These costs can include materials, external services or travel expenses. These expenses can be recorded, monitored and later invoiced to the appropriate client.
To activate Billable Expenses module, go to Settings then click Billable Expenses
Then check Enabled
Then click Update button
You should also activate Uninvoiced column under Customers tab which will allow you to monitor uninvoiced Billable Expenses so they can be eventually invoiced.
Go to Customers tab.
Then click Edit columns button at the bottom.
And check Uninvoiced column.
Then click Update button
Now under Customers tab, you will see new Uninvoiced column.
