The Inter Account Transfers
account is a built-in account in Manager that records transfers between your bank and cash accounts. While it comes with a default name, you can rename it to suit your accounting preferences.
To rename the Inter Account Transfers
account:
Settings
tab.Chart of Accounts
.Inter Account Transfers
account in the list.Edit
button beside the account.In the edit form, you can modify the following fields:
Enter a new name for the account if desired. The default name is Inter Account Transfers
, but you can change it to better reflect your organization's terminology.
Assign a code to the account if needed. Account codes can help with sorting and organizing accounts in your financial reports.
Select the group under which this account should appear on the Balance Sheet
. This categorizes the account appropriately within your financial statements.
After making the necessary changes:
Update
button to save the account details.Inter Account Transfers
account cannot be deleted. It is automatically added to your Chart of Accounts
