The Production Orders tab is designed for manufacturing businesses. It enables them to oversee and track their production processes, managing the transformation of raw materials into finished goods.
To create a new production order, click on the New Production Order button.
The Production Orders tab includes several columns:
There are following columns:
Date for the production order
Production order reference number
Description of production order
Inventory location name linked to the production order
The name of the inventory item produced by this production order
Quantity of the Finished item produced by this production order.
Total cost of the Finished item produced by this production order.
The status can be either Completed or InsufficientQuantity. If the status is Completed, it indicates that the production order successfully allocated all the inventory items listed in the Bill of materials.
