Customer Summary

The Customer Summary report provides an overview of your customer interactions and transactions to effectively manage your customer relationships and financial performance. This report consolidates key information about each customer, allowing you to monitor activities and make informed business decisions.

Creating a Customer Summary Report

To create a new Customer Summary report:

  1. Go to the Reports tab in the main menu.
  2. Click on Customer Summary from the list of available reports.
  3. Click the New Report button to generate a new report.
